1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• The product is unopened and unused
• Returns for consumables are allowed only if unopened or defective.

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to company error (damaged/wrong item), we cover return shipping.
• In all other cases, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing takes 3–4 business days after receiving the returned product.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
